combine ingredients other than chicken in a large bowl
dry chicken, and poke holes in it
put chicken in bowl with spices and massage mixture into it and under skin
for oven: place chicken on rimmed, foil lined baking sheet. For grill, I use a skillet. Place chicken with space between and cook for 40 minutes or until browned.
serve hot with drippings! I like to serve it with Na’an and a fixings plate with chopped onions, lettuce, tomatos, and maybe some yoghurt.
